Lawsuits happen. It takes two to reach an Agreement, and sometimes the “other guy” is being unreasonable and preventing a resolution. If an Agreement can’t be reached, Court is necessary, and you will need a lawyer who will take your battle to Court. That lawyer is called a litigator.
We are litigators, but we also believe in settling things amicably. Negotiation/Mediation is usually preferable to suing. But….sometimes no matter how good your intentions are, you find yourself facing a trial. That’s when it’s good to have us on your side. We have extensive experience prosecuting and defending all types of controversies. We appear in Court on a regular basis.
Trials may only be a day or two, but the Court process from the filing of the Complaint to the day of trial takes months, or longer. Our goal is to guide you successfully through what can be a confusing and intimidating process. During the months of preparation for Court, there are many chances to reach an amicable agreement, and reduce the cost of going to trial. We constantly look for those opportunities, while fiercely fighting for your rights.
We prepare for war, while always looking for peace.
