A lifelong native of Montgomery County, Maryland, Josh graduated from Quince Orchard High School, earned his Bachelor of Arts from Cornell University, and his J.D. from New England Law | Boston. While in school, Josh interned for Administrative Judge John W. Debelius III and Judge Robert A. Greenberg in the Circuit Court for Montgomery County, the Montgomery County Public Defender’s Office, Congressman Chris Van Hollen, and Federal Magistrate Judge Charles B. Day. After getting his J.D. in 2013, Josh returned home to serve as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Anne K. Albright of the Circuit Court for Montgomery County. Following his clerkship, it was only natural that Josh would join Bienstock Law, LLC, the firm that his father started more than thirty-five years ago. Josh is a member of the Montgomery County Inns of Court; was selected for the Montgomery County Bar Association’s Leadership Development Academy, and is now on the Board of the Academy; is on the Bar Association’s Social Media/Technology Committee; and is a current Co-Chair of the New Practitioner’s Section of the Montgomery County Bar Association. Josh is an avid sports fan, both playing and watching, a movie buff, and trivia player. In his spare time, Josh enjoys cooking (and eating), and traveling with his new bride, Jennifer.
