He knows when you are sleeping, he knows if you’re awake, he can tell if you’ve been bad or good….
Sounds kinda creepy when it’s not Santa, but Macy’s. Retailers now can track your activity through your smart phone. Yup, they know when you’re in the store, how often you go to the store, where you go when you’re in the store, how long you stay and look at an item, etc. They can send an instant coupon to your phone for the item you’re considering, and can let their employees know who and where you are, so they can find you to “close the deal”. So far, there’s no “opt-out” service, nor is there any requirement to notify you that Big Brother (or Big Best Buy) is watching.
